Dana Kanter Prottas
Yachad Executive Director



Dana is a highly regarded educator in the Twin Cities and beyond.  She has over twenty-five years of experience working within schools, congregations, and organizations across the country.  As the Executive Director of Yachad, Dana aims to create innovative learning opportunities for teens.  Prior to joining the Yachad family, Dana was the Education Director at Mount Zion Temple for five years, and she taught at the Talmud Torah of St. Paul for twelve years and served as its Program Director from 2005-2009.  Dana was conferred with the degree of Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 2013.  She also holds a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts, Art History from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in conjunction with Columbia University.




Amy Weiss
Director of Programming and Development



Amy spent more than a decade working in informal and experiential Jewish Education.  During her nine years at Maryland Hillel, Amy became a national leader in service-learning initiatives and immersive experiences.  Amy has experience with creating curricula, leadership training, engagement strategies and program planning and implementation. Amy brings her knowledge of crafting unique and impactful programs to Yachad in addition to her ability to connect with her constituents and foster partnerships and collaborations locally, nationally and internationally.




Corinne Calderon
Marketing and Operations Manager



Corinne joins the Yachad staff after five years as an Administrative Assistant at Cargill, Inc.  She brings her knowledge of data base resources and executive management skills to our team.  Her primary focus is data management and analytics, in addition to, customer service and marketing.
